I'm getting a celtic claddagh ring design with a trinity knot shamrock for a tattoo. I'm really considering putting it on my inner bicep. But people have been telling me it's...well, very masculine, among other things, to say the least. The only other place I'm thinking about is between my shoulder blades.

If you want it on your inner bicep, I say go for it! If you are really concerned about masculine vs feminine places for a tattoo…I think that design on your ankle would be really cute. All in all, though…you should go with what YOU want & not what someone else tells you.

For a long time I avoided getting tattooed on the outside of my arm below my shoulder because I thought it was too masculine. Finally I decided I really wanted a certain tattoo & I thought that location would be the best place for it. I haven’t regretted it
Pfft. Personal preference. I know girls with tattoos on their inner bicep and it looks cute. It’s a unique spot for your claddagh ring. Shoulders is nice but the inner bicep sounds pretty awesome. You should draw one on your bicep or tape a design and check it out yourself. It’s your body so it’s up to you to make the final decision. =)
