I broke up with my boyfriend few months ago because his mom did not approve of our relationship as I am divorced and he is still a bachelor. However, we are still keeping in touch through chatting just as friends. Recently he told me that his mom died. Apparently before his mom died, she showed him a picture of a girl whom she wanted him to meet. So far my ex only spoke to this girl twice and obviously he does not know what she's like since they never met bu soon he will go to his hometown to meet this girl and see what happens. Now he says that if he doesn't like the girl, he would like to come back to me as now there's nobody who would get in the way of our relationship. In one hand I'm considering getting back together with him but on the other hand I feel like I'm only a substitute.

Are you seious???????? Why on earth would you want to get back together with this guy? He is making it seem like youre not good enough for him. But yet, he wants to meet this girl who he doesnt even know?? Sounds like you need to dump him before he breaks your heart again. First he listens to mommy about you when she was alive, now hes listening to his mommy about you while shes dead. He needs serious help.
